Lynne and Jamie Spears are in court today request the judge create a conservatorship which would allow Jamie and Lynne to be in control of Britney’s medical care, according to TMZ:
The conservatorship would also allow them to control Britney’s financial affairs. Both parents have made it clear: they believe Lutfi and Adnan Ghalib are squandering Brit’s assets.
The main issue seems to be money which Sam Lutfi says Lynne is after and Lynne says Sam is after. However a family source provided People with some interesting info:
“As the money came in, the family began to fight more. If Britney was aggravated with Lynne, maybe Bryan would side with Britney because he was on the payroll.” Now, “It doesn’t seem like there’s much of a payroll, I guess they might have to get jobs like the rest of us.” Sources confirm Lynne’s Kentwood mansion Serenity is still paid for by her eldest daughter.
Then again a source in the Federline camp paints an interesting picture of Sam that explains the rants Britney made about Lynne and her boyfriend:
The source also says Lutfi has been “telling Britney that Adnan [Ghalib] and her mother have been conspiring to do this so he looks like a savior. It’s really sick and crazy.”
On the other end of the spectrum, The Superficial Writer blames Mayor McCheese and his delicious Quarter Pounders. You want to know where Britney’s money went, my friends. Look no further than the Golden Arches. I rest my case. Has anyone seen my gavel?

Eva talks about her love story, stating that her husband never knew she was such a famous star, when they first met.
She said: “I took my dad to a Spurs game. We’ve been Spurs fans our whole lives.
“I’d just got back from Paris and Tony is Parisian. I didn’t know there was a Spurs player from Paris in Texas. That’s pretty rare. I said ‘bonjour je m’appelle Eva’ and that was it.
“He had never seen the show. He only watches NBA television at home. He saw me in a magazine once because I had a Spurs hat on but he didn’t know what I did. He didn’t know Desperate Housewives.
“I didn’t know who he was either. It was very funny. We both appreciated we had independent lives and careers and didn’t need each other for any particular reason. We just wanted to be with each other.”

Thanks to Britney Spears this piece of gossip was buried underneath reports of laxative and motorcades. I smell conspiracy. Apparently Paris Hilton was spotted making out with Elisha Cuthbert at Tenjune in New York. Us Magazine reports:
Hilton was there for a birthday party and was seen dancing on banquets. “It’s Paris,” says the source. “She loves putting on a show.”
First off, two girls kissing! Woo-hoo! Okay, now that the formalities are out of the way, I’m a little disappointed there’re no pictures of these two making out. Not counting the ones in my mind. Except I swapped Paris with Hayden Panettiere and, also, the two aren’t making out in a nightclub as much as a Jacuzzi full of applesauce. So basically I’m imaging they’re on a second date. Or, in my case, a first date. Watch out!
