Lindsay Lohan loaded up on the collagen last night before going out to celebrate Samantha Ronson’s birthday. But Jenna Jameson duck lips wasn’t all she had on, Lindsay was also sporting a diamond engagement ring. So the lesbian wedding is seriously a go? Did not see that one coming.
